As someone who’s relatively new to the real estate business and new to the general world of home selling and home buying, the idea of closing costs were a little tough to wrap my head around. Closing and additional costs can make up 2-5% of the total purchase price so it’s important to understand what they are, how they differ, and why they can fluctuate.
